Report: Policy Compliance with last registred Date of the Client

Hi everyone

I need your help editing the Report "Software Compliance Status". I want to change it to also show when a client has registred itself on the NS the last time. The reason for this is, that we have a lot of policy with only 80% to 90% compliance and I need to know why.

Can someone help me with this? I attached the standart report.
