SIM 7.5.127 keeps on checking that I want to participate in the Symantec Product Improvement Program

Hi all:

I'm upgrading to ITMS 7.5, using the SIM 7.5.127, and every time I get to the "main" window of the SIM, for example, if I close the Settings window, the check for participating in the Symantec Product Improvement Program gets checked.

Please, fix this annoying issue.
