How to force the immediate installation of Microsoft months update?

For example, Microsoft released June patches. I already setup push schedule (from 22:00- 06:00).

Let's say, we have new laptop and want get update asap. So I change to "Run as soon as possible" in patches management. However when I check the laptop,  I can see patches name in software update tab, but they didn't install even wait for 1 hour.

How come?
