In managed software delivery and policies, if multiple targets are added to the "Applied to" field, each time "Save changes" button is clicked, they all updated the "apply date" to the last date and time the button was clicked. It would be nice to keep a record of when each target was applied. For instance, target A had the policy applied on 1/1/2011. Then Target B had the policy applied on 1/1/2012. When Target C is applied on 1/1/2013 and "Save changes" is clicked, the dates of Target A remain 1/1/2011 and Target B remains 1/1/2012 while Target C reflects the 1/1/2013 date.
