Deleted PCs Still Appearing on Reports

Hello,

I have weekly reports that run through Symantec.Cloud Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition 2013 that still display computers which I have deleted.  Does anyone know why this would be?  I search for the PC (under Computers tab) and get zero results.  I can see it in the list when I click the "View Deleted Computers" link.

Any help/advice would be appreciated!
